Pasting Through Popup Window

Popup Window is for dedicated keyboard users that only seek for mouse unless necessary. It provides an easy and fast way for users to access to data they copied/cut previously without leaving the working application:

  • Press 'Win+V' (configurable in General Options Dialog)when working with an editing application. The Popup Window that displays your clipboard history will appear right below your caret position.
  • Holding 'Win' will keep the Popup Window on the screen.
  • Holding 'Win', and pressing 'V' or 'Up/Down Arrow' will allow you to scroll up and down to your desired item to paste.
  • After selecting the right item, just simply release 'Win' or press 'Enter'. The selected item will be pasted to the current caret position.
  • If you decide not to paste after using 'Win+V' to bring up the Popup Window you can press 'Esc' to close it.
  • If you have configured the shortcut key to be 'Ctrl+V', you will need to press 'Ctrl+V+V' to bring up the Popup list. This means you need to press double 'V' keys while holding the 'Ctrl' key.
  • You can also change the current list of clipboard records by selecting different tabs on the top of the Popup Window.

Here is a little "movie" of pasting from the popup window:
